1. What is your cancellation policy?

If a booking is canceled and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot, I charge a $75 cancellation fee. If a booking is canceled prior to that time period, there's no charge. Either way, I'd be happy to reschedule and continue to work with you in the future!

2. We just had a shoot together. When can I expect my photos by?

For photoshoots, you'll receive a folder with all the raw, unedited images within 48 hours of your shoot. 7 days after your shoot, you'll receive a curated collection of edited photos. Smaller shoots and those in real estate can expect their curated collection no later than 3 days after your shoot.

3. How will I receive my content?

I'm happy to provide photos however it's most convenient to you. I default to sharing a Google Photos link, but can share content in other ways if you'd prefer.

4. What is your policy on additional post-production work?

After the final delivery, 20 edited photographs may be made free of charge, provided they are requested within 2 weeks of delivery. Minor touchups to videos/design will also be made free of charge, provided they fall within the same timeline. Any substantial revisions or revisions requested after this period may incur additional charges, depending on the nature and extent of the changes requested.

5. Can I request specific post-production styles/edits?

Absolutely! I aim to cater to the unique preferences and visions of each client. If you have specific post-production styles, themes, or edits in mind, please communicate them to me before or during the shoot. I'll work closely with you during the editing process to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.
